Intuitive Facilitation Training

We invite you to join our facilitator training on November 2nd – 6th, 2017. This is a five day intensive training in beautiful Mill Valley, California.

This offering is limited to eight participants so that we can create an intimate environment to deeply practice and cultivate these new skills. This will give each participant the opportunity to lead-facilitate and practice creative methods of facilitating heart-centered group process.

The cost to join us is $600 (payment plan & some partial scholarships available) for this unique and precious opportunity to train under Kathy Harris.

This training will explore the following:

✿Practice listening skills

✿Basics of structuring a safe, successful group with questions that enhance the sharing

✿Learn how to help yourself and the participants build intimacy, authenticity & vulnerability

✿Develop an understanding of how life’s challenges can be catalysts for growing and evolving

✿Explore how group work supports the participants and you as the facilitator in remembering and realizing you are whole inside regardless of your circumstances.

✿Learn what to do when you as the facilitator are triggered
